A little bit trick to install this version.
First, Open your terminal window and then follow the steps given below:
YOURs-MacBook:~ USERNAME$ export COMMAND_LINE_INSTALL=1
YOURs-MacBook:~ USERNAME$ open /Volumes/Xcode\ and\ iOS\ SDK/Xcode\ and\ iOS\ SDK.mpkg
